OUR 90 DAY $100.00 ALARM MONITORING GUARANTEE
Subscriber has 90 days from time of initial order to cancel services and receive a refund of prepaid monitoring fees and if we cannot convert the Subscribers existing alarm panel into our monitoring center, we will also pay the Subscriber $100.00.
(The Small Print)
(a) Consumer has 90 days from time of initial order online to cancel non-converted services online at www.CancelMyAlarm.com or by certified letter postmarked within that time frame.
(b) All provided equipment is returned in good condition to contractor within 30 days of cancellation request.
(c) If monitoring is done over phone lines, both line #1 and Line #2 are to be landlines in good working order.
(d) If monitoring is over existing Internet or Cellular transmitter, transmitters shall be in good working order.
(e) If existing Internet or Cellular transmitter is NOT in good working order, Consumer purchased a Lifetime Replacement plan at time of initial order online.
(f) Consumers Fire Alarm Panel must be in good working order, including its programming to transmit signals via its DTMF terminals.
(g) No Alarm Signals were received from Consumers system.
(h) No Insurance certificates or compliance letters were issued to Consumer.
(i) Consumer made a good faith effort in the DIY monitoring setup process.
(j) Consumer ordered the correct monitoring services, paid in full upon order completion and provided an auto payment source online.
(k) Any shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
(l) Any Central Station Setup fees or 3rd party internet or cellular fees are non-refundable.
(m) Any equipment repairs,refurbishing and recertification fees shall apply.
